Validating a feed allows you to make sure your upload is completely error free before uploading it to the feed.

Getting There

• From the My FeedPerfect Stores page, click the Manage button for the store you'd like to setup.

• The Dashboard will be displayed, click Settings.

Managing

• The Channel Settings page will be displayed, click Validate for the feed you'd like to publish.

Note: This will take longer if you have a large number of products on your store.

• When the validation is completed, the success, errors and error ratio columns will update. If you have any errors associated with the validation process, you'll see a results window which lists the product id, the column, the error type, and the description of the error.

Download File

• Once your feed passes validation, you can download the feed for manual review, or uploading to a test environment (if provided) in your Shopping Engine account. A "download" button will appear once the feed is error free in the Channel Validation Results section.
