Using Filters PDF Print E-mail

Filters allow you to search through all the products to regulate the products being used in the output.

 

Manage

  • To begin using a new filter, click New.

  • The Filter Results window will display.

  • To begin creating the filter, in the first drop down box, choose the parameter or property you'd like to search in.

  • In the second drop down box, choose your operator.

    In the third box, type the value you are searching for.

  • If you would like to have a second search string, click the plus symbol.

  • If you'd like to save this filter to use in the future click Save As.

  • This will bring up an Explorer User Prompt, name the filter and click OK.

  • When your ready to run the filter, click OK

  • The page will refresh with the information displayed.
