How do I cancel my account? PDF Print E-mail

You can cancel your account at any time through the application. For security reasons, we cannot accept emails or phone calls to cancel an account.

You must cancel by going to the My Account tab. On the General info tab you can click the link to our cancellation form. Once you have submitted this form, your account will immediately be turned off. Any pro rated balance will be charged at the time of cancellation. Pro Rated balances apply if you are beyond the free trial only. FeedPerfect bills based on the previous 30 days usage, so canceling during a new billing period will require you to pay for the days FeedPerfect was active since your last payment.
